Molcajete is a stone bowl used by the Aztecs to grind their condiments to make sauces and serve specially-made dishes to special people. They are hot and keep food warm for a long time. The following dishes are served in this stone bowl. Served with rice and your choice of refried beans or frijoles de la olla (whole beans) along with your choice of corn or flour tortillas.
